We inspect 100% of all incoming materials visually for identity, count,
packaging and condition. More in-depth inspections are done in accordance
with ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 specifications for sampling. Accompanying documentation
is reviewed and all critical data is verified and recorded.
In-process inspections are also performed as part of the normal daily
routine of our inventory personnel. This includes verifying part numbers,
quantity, packaging, and documentation during all routine tasks.
Final inspections are performed on all outgoing orders utilizing a
checklist for both picking and packing activities.
