We have established packaging and labeling standards to prevent damage
(bent leads, chipped bodies, etc.) and to clearly identify materials
throughout processing.
We store and ship our materials in the manufacturer’s original
trays and packaging whenever possible. Split lot shipments are packaged
to manufacturer’s original standards, including sealed moisture
barrier bag and desiccant. Outermost packaging consists of heavy duty
shipping boxes filled with cushioning material.
A packing list accompanies all orders and can indicate customer specific
parts numbers for incoming identification. Every product box is labeled
with the GCM part number, manufacturer’s part number, quantity
and customer purchase order number. A copy of the original Certificate
of Conformance and Certificate of Analysis accompany each shipment.
The exterior shipping label references the customer purchase order number
for incoming identification.
We plan to offer an optional bar-code labeling service in the future.
